With a passion for celebrating people and their
special occasions, Gayle Rubenstein, co-owner of Balloons Over Atlanta,
is committed to producing the most noteworthy and memorable events.
Gayle’s background is in design and she loves to make a client’s vision
reality. Of her company, Gayle says, “We create works of art that we
are proud to have our signature on. Our ideas are fresh and new. Our
Certified Balloon Artists and Certified Special Event Planners have gone
through training on color and design and can transform a room.”
Gayle’s goal is to continue to satisfy and awe our customers while
saving them time and money. We understand that many events only come
once in a lifetime and have an immeasurable impact and importance.
BRIAN RUBENSTEIN, CBA, and CEO of BOA
Brian Rubenstein CBA, co-owner of Balloons Over
Atlanta is proud of the dynamic team of decorators, helium distributors
and event planners that make up the family of Balloons Over Atlanta.
Brian is beloved by his team and regarded as a patient teacher, a kind
leader, and a man who inspires loyalty. Brian’s goal is to have his
company provide superior service in all facets of balloon design, event
planning, floral design and helium distribution.
SARAH PARRISH, MANAGER
Sarah’s background is in business management with a
lot of her experience in catering and event management. Before joining
the BOA team she lived in Philadelphia where she helped the start-up of
Urban Outfitters food service and the catering portion of their Terrain
Brand. While in Philly Sarah was very active on the live music scene as
a promoter and graphic designer. Upon joining the BOA family her goal
has been to take the amazing talents of her colleagues and showcase them
to an ever-growing audience. She strives for her team to provide best in
class service and innovative designs. She is very proud to be a member
of the BOA family.
JESSICA SAUNDERS, CREATIVE
Jessica has almost a decade of experience in event
planning and balloon decorating. On a daily basis she works directly
with clients to implement their vision for a fantastic event. Jessica’s
specialty is custom cutouts and centerpieces. Her designs have been
used by a host of Atlanta celebrities and many of the large corporations
who call Atlanta home. Jessica’s favorite clients are individuals
celebrating a special personal event. She has been with the company
since 2003 and still enjoys her job. She is full of ideas (and opinions)
on how to transform a room. She learns something new every day and is
never surprised by customer requests and welcomes a challenge
JOE MCKENZIE, "DDD" Dispatch/Driver/Decorator
Joe is currently the longest employed member of the
Balloons Over Atlanta Family. He started driving for Balloons Over
Atlanta in January 1997 and since he has become the leader of the helium
department as well as a seasoned decorator. Joe is a native of Atlanta
and a fixture of Balloons Over Atlanta. He is well liked by all his
customers and has been awarded Balloons Over Atlanta's "Most Valuable
Employee" Award many times.
CARLA DAVIS, ACCOUNT MANAGER
Carla Davis started her career path with a degree in
Political Science and a corporate position with Home Depot, but
-fortunately for her Balloons Family- she discovered a talent for design
and customer service that has made her a valuable part of our team.
Carla manages both helium and decoration accounts and is moving more
into event logistics as her role with this family evolves. She is a
talented paper crafter on her own time and brings her eye for color and
balance to assist with event design.
